The International Medical Center only accepts payments in RMB and USD. If you need foreign currency exchange services, please visit a local bank for currency exchange.

Airport Pickup

We provide airport pickup services at Guangzhou Airport, which include a medical team, driver, and translator. If the patient has any special requirements, please contact us before departure.

Currently, the International Medical Center accepts payments through the following methods:

Cash

Patients or their family members may bring cash (RMB, HKD, or USD) during the treatment period. All expenses can be paid upon admission to the International Medical Center or during the course of treatment.

Credit Card

The International Medical Center accepts credit cards with the MASTER and VISA logos.

Direct Bank Transfer

Patients or their family members can make payments directly to the bank account of the International Medical Center. A payment receipt can also be requested from the center.

The International Medical Center is located in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, Zhuhai, China. The center is conveniently situated near hotels, shops, markets, tourist attractions, and various points of interest, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients and their families during their stay. Inpatient Services

The International Medical Center provides facilities that meet all patient needs, including a companion bed, television, refrigerator, safe (gun-safe style), dispenser, telephone, and 24-hour internet access.

The translation service covers admission procedures, doctor consultations, medical advice, examinations and treatments, as well as the translation of test results and other documents. This service is available 24 hours a day, and patients and their families can contact our on-duty staff at any time.

Nutrition Service

The International Medical Center has a team of nutritionists to manage and adjust patients' diets and nutritional intake. The serviced apartments provide a shared kitchen equipped with various facilities such as microwaves, electric stoves, refrigerators, and other kitchen utensils to make your cooking experience more convenient and comfortable.

Reminder Service

After the patient receives the first treatment, the medical team will inform them of the schedule for the next session. If you forget the time, you can contact the International Medical Center for assistance.
